Today on the show, wrestling promoter and play-by-play announcer JOE DOMBROWSKI joins Anthony to discuss his latest project: a new dvd collection of the Brian Pillman Memorial Shows that were held between 1998 and 2001 by Les Thatcher’s Heartland Wrestling Association in Cincinnati, Ohio. These events, held to raise money for the Pillman family, “opened the forbidden door” and included talent from the WWF, WCW, ECW and the independents during a time when the ratings wars were going strong. Joe talks about just how he managed to make this stunning new dvd set happen and everything that fans will get when they buy the collection, while Anthony discuss having been backstage at the 1999 and 2000 Pillman shows as a member of the HWA roster.
